delivery time
We strive to dispatch all orders on the day of receipt of payment, at the latest on the next working day. Customers in Germany often receive their order the next working day. As a precaution, please allow a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. If you are in a particularly hurry, do not hesitate to contact us: Sometimes we can do the impossible. Deliveries abroad (except for neighboring countries) can take up to 10 days.
Delays
If some items cannot be delivered at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by us by e-mail. After consultation with you, we may split the shipment, i.e. you will receive the items that can be delivered and the delayed items will follow in a separate package.
